The crisp morning air of Bulilima, Zimbabwe, nips at Siyabonga's cheeks as she hurries down the dusty path, to meet other mothers for their regular meetings. Her 14-month-old daughter sleeps soundly on her back, as she gently sings for her. Motherhood at 19 felt like a whirlwind: the responsibility, the constant questions – Siyabonga often felt lost.
" I didn't know much," she reflects, "things that could have made my child sick."
